Testing out Zemanta… So excuse the formatting, editing… etc…

This post is right up there on top of the list of posts that fall under the category: “Huh?”. So move swiftly along (I’ve seen Google Analytics… I know you’re only here for the Sophie Gradon pics anyway. Here and here. Busted. And you’re welcome).

Still here? Right. I read about this new add-on called Zemanta today, which is apparently well-smart and awesome and stuff. We’ll see. The idea is that it suggests all sorts of fascinating pics and clips and world-hunger-solving links and solutions based on keywords in this post. And none of this delayed reaction stuff here, oh noooooo, in real time. So let’s test it out. Fa la la la la busy typing away fa la la la la let’s see what you got.

Right, so where do we stand at the moment? Bearing in mind that it changes as I type, let’s see what it suggests right now. Not too bad actually: 3 links for Google Analytics, 4 links for Zemanta itself (go figure), Wikipedia’s entry on world-hunger, and a Wikipedia link about “real time”. Picture suggestions are pretty much the same… News articles too are the same topics or at least similar.

Okay, perhaps I feel a little bit silly… it’s not nearly as thick as I thought. And clicking the suggestions automatically applies it and sorts all that boring coding crap. Nice.

Do you think that if I type “insanely hot” it’s gonna flood the screen with pictures of Jessica Biel? Yes? No? Maybe?

I’m waiting…

Still here…

Where are my Jessica pics?

There we go. It pasted the one I selected at the top of the article. Schweet… Not much of a fan of what it did with the picture spacing, but hey, that can always be changed.

UPDATE: Of course I’ve totally screwed with the suggestions by going back and changing earlier stuff I typed in this post and listing what it suggests… but it works anyway.
