Non-official templates are temperamental…

Either this template has been possessed by the spirit of some prankster, or Google is watching me (cue “Twilight Zone” music)…

Last post I slated Google Adsense, and now all of a sudden the main Google Adsense banner on my blog is kaput. Ad Fail.

Broken Adsense

The two banner ads between some of the posts work fine, but the main one on the right is gone. Zero. Nada. Nothing. Zip. Fokol.

Personally, I think it’s this template. It’s a WordPress theme converted to work on Blogger, and then, just when they’ve got it working okay, along comes me… programming fail.

Oh well, it’s probably time to get rid of Adsense anyway…

UPDATE: (a whole 30 seconds after posting this)
…And now it works just fine. Look at it sitting there, pretending nothing ever happened, beaming some crap advert for a cellphone ringtone, or “lose weight now” tips (lies?) or some dodgy dating site where you get to meet your soulmate, “Blondie22″… aka “Mr 50 year old beer belly toting rather dodgy guy from Alabama with a moustache”.
